I've always wanted to sew on my pages, hand sew and machine stitch. I've done hand stitching in an art journal, it adds so much! Great idea for the try something new! Love it.

I LOVE the black and white phots with the fall colors. What a great look. And the embroidery adds so much! I've never seen that stencil before. I kept my old machine so I can sew on paper if I want to. I'm afraid to gum up my newer sewing machine.

I use a piece of foam for poking holes before I stitch. Love the thread tails at the bottom of the photo. Cute template with the x’s

I have a sewing machine because I do sew simple things, like pillows, hems, etc. But, why am I so scared to sew on paper with my machine??!! I've not tried it yet and I've even moved it to my scrap room. I just stare at it with fear! Hahahaha
