Honestly i relate to the overthinking too much, but for me one thing is for certain.. Yeah, I overthink things a lot - and think of all kinds of disastrous outcomes. Very stressful and a really useless experience IMO. Positive self-talk, meditation and medication help me. You're always amazing! Sometimes I over think before bedtime and have to tell myself to let it all go. Reminds me of the Matrix when Morpheus is telling Neo to free his mind lol. It sounds funny telling yourself to think about nothing, but it works for me. You just need to find what works for you. It's easier to tell your mind to go blank, than actually making it go blank.

That ride is at German theme park called phantasialand I've been on It when we went over on a school trip, they use fire on the sides as well it's super fun and scary. Deffo worse going forwards than backwards on it 😂

Only my opinion; I think maybe because you were gone so long some subscribers / viewers went away. To be honest as long as you are being yourself and happy it comes through in your videos making you one the best if not the best you tuber out there. So don't over think and have fun.
