Wait. So they ask them to do something. And give them like 3 things. Most of the challenges were done before they even started. Hey here is water and these pellets. What you do? There is literally nothing else to do than mixing them. We have steel wool, a battery and normal wool. What are they expecting? They should have thrown unrelated items in each challenge to throw them off.

Stuck in the wilderness, but so glad i got doritos with me to start a fire. Doing it with just a lighter would never work! Now i just gotta find some chloride pellet bushes and i'm all set.

If you didn't know, the third puzzle creates a exothermic reaction which is when a object releases heat when mixing with another certain object.

The trick is not just getting a fire, it’s keeping the fire sustained and getting the fire hot enough to continually burn wood.

I love these! I think it'd be even better if y'all gave them extra supplies that didn't have anything to do with the survival hack. Then we could really see how creative they can get.

Not a lot of people know that steel wool is super flammable. Make fire starters with steel wool, egg carton, and cotton. Summer school classes in my town were sm fun.

The doritos are meant to be kindling. Find a somewhat sheltered spot to start your fire. Then stack your chips. They burn mostly because they are dry organic material, soaked in an oil. It's a "wicking" effect. .Remember that even stale, they will burn, so don't use the whole bag. Once you've got them started, you stack small dry twigs on them, once those are burning, place larger ones on, increasing sizes, until you have your actual fire. (Only make your fire as big as you need to supply heat. To conserve your wood supply. And to prevent it from getting out of control. You can cook on small fires as easily as large)

@@markc65 That IS 'part' of it as well. But you can do the same thing with potato chips. Pretzels I've never tried, but since flour itself is very combustible, I'd assume they'd work quite well too. But, the more oily snacks do tend to burn better.(gonna have to try cheesy snacks some day)

for some reason, you have 3 different comments about this. 1. The duct tape wouldn't hurt. It isn't touching the wound, the tampon is. 2. If you're trying to survive, pain really shouldn't be your main concern. A normal person would try to improvise with whatever they have so they could stop the bleeding.
