how do you save the carl hash to be able to use it with JtR?

At 17:50 You execute the bash with ./bash -p I was stuck here, cause if you don't put the -p flag it just brings up a new shell as cappucino. HOw did you figure out that you had to put the -p flag I can't figure it out on my own and was stuck before this video? Thanks for the help!

This just does not reset the user id and variables for the environment. It's just troubleshooting as you do the boxes.

I’ve tried to copy id_rsa to my desktop and every time I open it in my desktop it’s not working. I followed the exact same step. What’s the issue here

cd ~/Desktop/ is the correct command
