Sehat kasht mein building kasa ban Gaye.. sehat kasht is for cultivation and this land still belongs to owner khazan chand

State has already given land to tillers in Land Ammendment acts of 1956 and 1976....jagirdari system ended throughout country...

@@Tryto.826 did you hear what he said ,it's sehat kasht mutation not land under agariaraan reforms act 1976 even if they got under that act still they couldn't do construction. It's only for agriculture purposes. All the land acts in J&K which gives ownership or cultivation rights do not permit any sale or construction on that land. It is purely for the purposes of cultivation. This shakeel is misleading people's,govt have every right to demolish any structure on it but they didn't do ut

That agricultural land can't be used for construction without permission but if go by that half of the extensions in towns of each district are to be demolished....only in kathua district there are thousands of constructed structures and thousands being constructed in such type of land...
