I LOVE Fresh and Fit. Despite what the haters or modern day wokeism people say they are slowly waking men up and its heavily appreciated. Its great to see a place that holds women accountable. Men are ALWAYS held accountable for their actions and rightfully so but so should women. Its very novice seeing a podcast where they tell the blunt truth. The analogies, the facts, clear explainations, these guys are EDUCATING and its heavily appreciated. We're in a feels before reals society and its proof cause the second people watch just a 10 minute clip their quick to judge without seeing it in full context.
