Ummm.... it was found he had secret recording that were obtained of Trump and himself where in the recording he basically admits to providing the counsel the case is based on. Basically Cohen when he set everything up was of his own free will and was never instructed to break the law, he just did it. In top of that he is trying to sell a book and a TV show based on his experience. He is the least credible witness you could find. Like imagine I owe you a lot of money, and I have to testify in a court case as a witness don't you think me having to gain from your conviction could make me a less credible witness?
Solid and newsworthy. Please never wonder why the world is in the situation it is.

Guess again. It was more like 8k. 100k is like bigger than the capacity of some football statiums. Also. The venue only has a capacity of 20k. So either you can't differentiate 8k from 100k, the law was broken (which it wasn't because it wasnt at capacity)

@@gigelbecali8072 Because the prosecution hasn't shown any criminality by Trump. "Hush money" payouts aren't illegal. Filing the payment, through his lawyer, as a legal expense isn't criminal. If the filing, as a legal expense, is deemed inappropriate, it's a misdemeanor, not a felony. That case against Trump was considered and rejected before the statute on the misdemeanor was up. It's up now. They have to prove that Trump "misfiled" the 2017 payments as part of a scheme to commit a campaign financing crime, over the 2016 election, e federal crime that wouldn't be charged at the State level. Hope that helped.

Todd, is it considered legal fees, when a CEO of a corporation, through Lawyers and or Courts signs an NDA with someone and then those payments are made? Was it a legal fee when our dear Prime Minister signed his NDA and made his payments? Does the United States law consider that when you pass in a court with lawyers and then sign an NDA, that is then agreed upon, consider that the payment in the NDA is considered legal fees when filing taxes?
