Brit here. Apparently, President Biden suffers from Spinal Arthritis. If this is correct, then as an arthritis sufferer myself, this is a very painful condition usually requiring some form of pain relief. And, depending which part of the body is afflicted, it can make the suffer look disabled. It should be more widely known.
