Of course I wouldn't fucking care if I die and people use my work, I won't be there to witness it and neither would it be a bad thing to get exposure and for that very thing impact on the of the continuity of the legacy left…

Nobody being honest with themselves would claim they are giving famous multi award/gold/platinum bands free publicity. Does anyone really believe Metal Trump inspired anybody to go check out Metallica? I think satire could be a feasible fair use claim, but there too much youtubers making random excuses why copyright law doesn't apply to them, ask permission and get it in writing is the best way to be sure
