I’m a moderate republican. I am displeased with both the Dems and the Reps. How about y’all pass legislation that actually addresses the issue and cap of Demand so there will be no supply. Make it mandatory for all businesses large or small to use E-Verify and place heavy fines say $10,000 per violation that would force all businesses to not use illegal immigrants. If illegal immigrants can’t find jobs they won’t come illegally. Shortage in the workforce will force businesses to increase pay and gov to actually do an immigration reform.

These "BUILD THE WALL" comments are not the answer!! You know how LONG it would take to build it??? Is there an agreed upon prototype? Money available? Company/companies available and have manpower to build it? All supplies (screws etc) and suppliers ready to go? Transport ready to take parts to location? Trucks ready? Installation? Experienced installers? Permits and inspections (you know how LONG those take!!) Paint/seal/dry/?? I could go on and on. Minimum = 10 YEARS, I bet!!!! Arguing all the time...slow downs, weather problems, wage disagreements, housing for workmen, accidents, vandalism, etc. Tell me if I'm wrong...just saying - it's too LATE for a wall!! They just climb over it anyway!

Am actually a tree swinging African. Am comfortable tree swinging "here" anyway. Was born here and with my pedigree and ability, i didn't learn how to tree swing. No immigration police, ice or whatever to challenge my living in the jungle or request for immigration documents to prove my existence there. I live with nature and am not bothered with ration and I speak as an individual. Your arrogance and laws are for the "hangers on" I mean those that do not know nor respect their birthrights. I mean easy road mindsets. No sacrifices for gains. I respect you man. You target these very individuals that cannot slow down, think, develop themselves, their household, community and homeland. You target those still with the slavish mentality. Those with " I would rather be a slave with a full stomach" than a king with an empty stomach. A people that have judged themselves and have reached a conclusion from a deluded mindset that they would rather slave for a full ration. I haven't seen where a self aggrandised slave would thrust himself to a master for service by force. Good job man. Raise the fence. I pray you get all the support. Moreover, if they focus on still trying it, they will get voted out in 2020; the American people elected Representatives and Senators to get things done--not conduct an impeachment proceeding--and do nothing else. Pro tip: research the last time this was attempted with a GUILTY sitting President, and see how that worked out for the Congress...who were Republicans at the time. Also, you might turn off MSNBC; you are getting fed the wrong information. But *shrug* your side is welcome to try. Doing so will insure that DJT gets reelected by massive numbers in 2020.
