What's insane? A potential candidate hired someone to bury his dirt in an effort mislead the public. In hopes to legitimize his candidacy. To facilitate the efforts of the cover up payments were made under false pretenses and violating campaign finance laws or FECA. One of the parties involved with the scheme already served jail time for the crime. Charges should've came sooner for trump but not before he left office. When a president is no longer immune for criminal charges. Hence trump crying so hard for the supreme court to grant a president immunity for criminal charges. Presidents are already immune from civil charges. He wants immunity for any crimes he's committed. That's pretty much it simple terms.

The Federal Election Campaign Act of 1974 provides that a contribution or donation accepted by a candidate or holder of a federal office may not be converted by any person to any personal use. Trump used campaign funds to pay for silence of MULTIPLE AFFAIRS and listed them as "legal expenses," which they clearly weren't.That's a felony, one that the stable genius admitted to on his way out of court. Cohen already went to jail for the same count.

In the Ramirez trial, they attempted to keep ppl that didn't want to be there and went through the process with all the jurors. a long, worthless endeavor. One,...Bragg tried to use that Trump had used campaign money for the hush money. FEC did a investigation...found that there was nothing to T use of Campaign funds to pay for the hush money. The campaign funds that T used...was from his own pocketbook. Bragg backed of...around that time Stormy wrote a letter stating that she didn’t have an affair with T... And she repeated that during an interview..this was around the time she was claiming that her attorney Abernathy ripped her off financially. Note;.. Bragg and the Prosecutor are bringing more charges to this trial,even though the Grand Jury did not charge T with conspiracy to defraud...they brought only one charge against T. This is an Illegal act by Bragg and the prosecutor,...the Judge should have shut down this trial at this point, yet he didn’t.

I'm glad when Alina keeps popping her face up here and there because her incompetence just bolsters the fact that Trump is a lying con man criminal. She's looking rather sickly at the moment, the same as Trump with good reason. There's a whole lot of guilt laying around just waiting for the lawyers to lap it up.

If an elected politician serving in DC has a case against them they should be tried outside of DC and use the wheel of fortune to pick the state. As far as who pays for it, it would come out of same budget that it comes out of today. Nothing to do with another state paying for another state to pay for trial. DC is an area that is supposed to represent the entire US but it is solidly leaning left. So DCs tax revenue I believe is paid by entire US. I could be wrong with that though. But fairly sure these types of trials are paid for out of fed money. If wrong pls let me know.

Trump lost by over 7 million votes in 2020, then along came January 6th and he incited a riot, followed by the January6th House Committee investigation, then he was indicted 4 times on 91 charges, then he lost civil lawsuits in NY to the tune of 83 and 354 million respectively, then he was labelled as an insurrectionist and violator of the Constitution, along came the recent GOP primaries where he did not perform as well as a one time president should have, in fact lost Vermont. We are suffering now
Attorney Generals from any state or especially multiple states, should be able to bring a halt to trials where they can argue to a judge there is perceived prosecutor misconduct, judges go to the senate, prosecutors can be criminally investigated, and any official from another agency caught participating should be fired, the rest lose their law license and have a ban on public office. Set a high bar but clearly the majority of the public clearly sees whats going on.
