I think there's a reasonable level of fear that should be given to a former president who said that he would be willing to suspend the constitution.
The case isn’t serious,This is a true shame of what our country has become.I hope congress steps in and puts a end to this BS.

Congress can't do anything here,the article 3 judge have more authority then the president at this point,why would you want a person like Trump on the streets of the USA? He hasn't done enough damage to many in his 7 decade of lies and deceit? The people vs Trump needs to see justice served otherwise the constitution will become useless when the government is asked to hold criminals accountable, checkout the judiciary act witch has been in place since the XIX th century.
The fix is in , the judge and juries ..
