Trump Hush Money Criminal Trial | Day 12
During Donald Trump's hush money criminal trial, jurors learned about the payments and reimbursements that are central to his case.
The trial continued with testimony from the former controller of the Trump Organization, Jeffrey McConney, about the plan to reimburse Michael Cohen for the $130,000 payment he made to Keith Davidson.
Trump was also fined another $1,000 after the judge ruled to add a 10th gag order violation to his nine previous violations.

I don’t think it has ever been shown that the president intended to ever violate the gag order. The gag order is not clear as to what is off-limits it’s too vague. Hopefully a higher court will rule on this soon to educate this judge that’s off the rails.

The judge is an a$$hole in my opinion and we heard the witnesses and if I were the prosecution, I’d be pretty embarrassed because it sounds like they don’t have a case.
