He didn't say that he couldn't get a bond for it. He means they wouldn't bond that high. Nobody would, so the appeals court brought this up and told Judge Engoron that he was being unreasonable by making the bond impossible to obtain. It's above all policies and even laws, so if it is above policy and bond transfer laws, then what is wrong with this judge suggesting he get a bond if it's not even a legal amount? The appeals court struck it down to a fraction, and they intervened without any money put up. This means the judges are complicit in wrongdoing and weaponizing the justice system if higher courts are always striking them down.
