Trump eyes Senator Marco Rubio from Florida as possible running mate
Florida Senator Marco Rubio is now one of the leading contenders to become Trump’s running mate for the 2024 presidential election, according to recent reporting by Bloomberg.
The 52-year-old, Miami-born senator has supported the former president in both the 2016 and 2020 presidential elections and has been serving as a senator for Florida since 2010. However, the electoral college in the state of Florida could pose a problem for the potential Republican duo.

Most Latinos don't support Rubio. The majority of Puerto Ricans and Mexican Americans aren't voting for him.
