He didn’t fire her; they are clarifying that she is an independent (military) lawyer not paid by the trump team; she has to represent the American people in order to convict; which is overall saying that the republicans will now legally fight from not one, but two fronts. His strategy is to get dismissals of his law suits...he actually NEEDS to lose in order to ensure it presses on further to the Supreme Court. It’s actually pretty impressive. And I’m a democrat.

She is NOT a military lawyer, she has never been associated with the military even in her capacity in the Justice Department. If you don't believe me, a quick check of her license to practice law will tell you that. People only think she was part of the legal team ...one could guess ... because both Trump and Giuliani said she was ... until she wasn't. Don't you think it a bit more likely they are spinning the story, distancing themselves from such a disastrous pick? Those were some carefully worded announcements. Additionally, it isn't impressive ... and I'm a lifelong Republican ... it is obvious and isn't working. You actually need to have a legitimate case ... something the Supreme Court will actually take up and there is nothing so far even approaching that. This really isn't how that works ... you don't present a garbage case and lose it badly and then go straight to the Supreme Court. Furthermore, the US Supreme Court is going to be very hesitant to take any case, deferring to the states. So far the cases they've been willing to take were prior to the election.

The republican party has always been the party, supposedly, of fiscal conservatives. But if you look at the last two republican presidents you'll see that they were anything but. None but the most fringe dwelling among them will say it but it's all really about race and white privilege. I know, some will say bs to the term white privilege, I would have too in the decades surrounding my 21st birthday. But that was many years ago and I've come to see it all very differently. But back to the fiscal question of the day, I'm a union man and my pension funs has yet to recover from the worldwide disaster that happened under the last Bush we had as president. Obama was absolutely making America great again after that one, all without any cooperation from the gop. Then our present turd blossom came along with his MAGA slogan but what he really meant was MAWA! At least that's what all the nationalists who flocked to his banner seemed to think. It's what I thought too! The world would be a much safer, better place for all of us if we could rid ourselves of those wanting to divide us for their own glory. What surprises me is how many people in what we call a free society are down with this man and others like him.

They can't argue fraud in court, because if you do that without evidence to support it, you can be held criminally liable. Do the math - they have no evidence. Only a stack of affidavits from dim light bulbs that "think" they saw something. One of these, Melissa Carone, had her testimony found to be "not credible" by a judge who tossed out a MI case.

He didn’t fire her; they are clarifying that she is an independent (military) lawyer not paid by the trump team; she has to represent the American people in order to convict; which is overall saying that the republicans will now legally fight from not one, but two fronts. His strategy is actual to get dismissals of his law suits...he actually NEEDS to lose in order to ensure it presses on further to the Supreme Court. It’s actually pretty impressive.
