The funny thing is that if Trump only haves 1 billion dollars, and he gives up he donates his 400K salary each year, that's like someone making 100K donate 40 dollars. So him giving away his salary each year isn't really the noble thing they act like it is.

He had a very successful business on the mainland, without complaints. He was known as the best. When he moved to Hawaii and was approached by Humpty, he didn't really know much about him other than he was "a billionaire". After he finished the project Humpty refused to pay WITHOUT any legit complaint. Even though he won a lawsuit, he never saw a penny. He had to go bankrupt. I was born and raised in Philly, back then we had this thing called a News Paper, these stories were in the paper all the time, one of the Contractors who did glass work at one of his Casinos committed suicide because the company went Bankrupt because of rump, then there was the time when three of his Business partners were killed in a Helicopter crash and he blamed them for the Casinos Bankruptcy even after it was known that he kept taking loans they couldn't afford, what a guy. POS

I remember seeing a story many many years ago where a woman was talking about her family’s construction company that went bankrupt because of trump (small t for small man). They tried to sue but he kept everything in the courts and they eventually gave up because they couldn’t afford the legal fees.

People are so stupid now. How does someone deserve not to get paid for the work they did? I'm surprised Trump is still breathing.

My ex’s step father lost his construction job in Manhattan because the construction company he worked for went bankrupt trying to fight Trump in court to get him to pay his bill. Trump’s number one run on walking out on a bill is to immediately contest the work done to lower the bill. He has been doing this for decades. My ex’s stepfather said a lot of people warned his boss to not contract with Trump for anything, but he didn’t listen.

For MAGA who say “they probably deserved to be stiffed for shoddy work” (as Trump often lists as his excuse for non-payment), having one or two contractors so bad they shouldn’t be paid is one thing. But if the vast majority of your contractors do work that you don’t deem good enough to get paid? That ain’t them, buddy. It’s you. You’re either cheap, a cheat, or a lousy businessman who can’t pick decent contractors.
