WTF was the FBI LE, & the Secret Service doing? An attendee at the rally saw a man with a rifle climbing up a building and pointed to him yelling at the police, LE, the FBI & the Secret Service to look where he was pointing. LE, The FBI & the Secret Service were basically asleep! How could a member of the public be aware but not LE, the FBI & the Secret Service! Investigate! Any overlooking buildings needed to be constantly monitored before and during the rally. That did not happen.
