Nice to see this sort of stuff covered really and I'm looking forward to seeing some more nicer sounding options covered. The frustrating thing for me is that a lot of true wireless IEMs feel very much like general tech products now as opposed to a dedicated music listening device. Don't get me wrong, some of the additional features you get are nice creature comforts but none of them have blown me away yet when I've been listening to music.

Tried and returned so many iem, sennheiser, b&o etc , still cannot get better than my grado GT220(to me). Love the channel.

I’m continually impressed with Soundcore’s products and price range.

I’ve used the liberty 2 for about a year and a half, it has the same style charging case and it has held up quite well.

As always an informative review. However the main thing for me is fit, if an earbud is uncomfortable it doesn't matter how good it sounds it's not for me. I haven't tried any Anker buds but I recently bought a pair of the Sony WF-1000XM4. A couple of hours later I sent them back to Amazon and went straight back to my Jabra Elite 75t's. Are they the best sounding buds? No, but for me I can wear them for hours and that's more important than a marginal improvement in quality.

I definitely enjoy my Soundcore Liberty 4 despite a few minuscule concessions you have to make when compared to the likes of Sony or Sennheiser. But the value to consumer is definitely there. These earbuds are so feature-rich for the price. Especially when compared to the pricier competition. I obviously wouldn’t use any Bluetooth earbuds for analytical listening but they are definitely a fun set of wireless earbuds

Those Final Audio one's really peaked my interest. They look is brilliant, and I've got a pair of wired IEM's by them, that are pretty amazing (a4000).

As long a we are talking about the mid-range of TWS the Liberty 4 are known as being fantastic for the price; reviewers often compare them to the AirPods Pro. It is important to also note that even when talking about the budget (sub-$100) category, TWS has come a long way. You no longer need to spend a lot for something that works for music, ANC, and phone calls. Earfun Air Pro 3 is just one example, but there are many other favorites. It's nice to see these types of videos, it's not you usual content but it is still appreciated.

I found your review style and information very helpful. I'm considering what to get right now. I would like Multi-Point (ie Multi-device) which I want for some situations - allong with the best call quality I can find (at a sane price). It is a shame you didn't cover that feature, because these earbuds do have it. Because I have some friends with VERY poor hearing and often need to use a wired headset just to hold reliable conversations with them (A wired connection is available on both my current phones - they were specifically chosen for it) I also use wired headsets or wired headphones and an external microphone for podcasting (which has it's own set technical challenges).

The version 3 of these devices i bought as a "holiday" set of headphones, not wishing to take my expensive cans on holiday, i thought they were very acceptable and was very happy with their value and relative performance, Anker need a round of applause for those version 3 budget IEM's. Sounds like they have done it again with version 4's.

I’ve got 2 pairs of Soundcore earbuds, Life P3 and Life P2 mini. Not quite as good as my AirPods Pro 2 but I do think they represent excellent value for money at a fraction of the price. I’d class myself a keen music fan rather than an audiophile , but I’m well satisfied with them. Great channel 👍🏻

The thing is Life series that is a middle-class range. Try Liberty Pro and you will be surprised 👍

I prefer the sliding lid on the Liberty 4 vs the flip top on the Life P3i. The former stays secure when I drop the case while the lid on the latter always opens when the case is dropped and the buds always fly out.

I have a few Soundcore earbuds. I have yet to be disappointed despite their very affordable price. They have a long battery life and pretty good sound.

I’m going to test them in my Cambridge apartment 😁

I got an earlier model than the 4s and love em. Would never use them to listen to music but when the Fortes installed in our bedroom are keeping wifey awake I grab one of these for a podcast. “Bedbuds” 😬

Suggest trying the Fiio utws5. Allows you to use any iem, and has a long battery life.

Have you tried the Galaxy Buds2 Pro yet? I believe they are also a very big player in the TWS earspace and tricks a lot of boxes - usability, fit, and soundqaulity.

I have them and airpods pro 2. While Samsung fits my ear very good and therefore the ANC works much better than the AirPods (Which literally melts my ear wax after 20 mins) the sound quality and dynamic of the AirPods are much superior. I tried the latest sony’s and its also excellent TWS but its huge and clunky. I don’t think I will ever go look for other TWS and waste my time again. Apple & Samsung got this covered.

Thanks John. I recently bought the Airpods Pro 2, and while they are awesome I found they are hard to get a good seal, even using the smallest size tips. What are your thoughts about using foam tips as a replacement?

I use a pair of life p2s for mountain biking and everyday use.... They are pretty battered now but just keep on working! Can't fault them! Tempted by the liberty 4s but also fancy the Bose ones. Anyone tried the Bose?

Darko you forgot to say about wireless charging

I have the sound core threes. I like them but can't find a very good fit. I am interested in finding out which of these stays in one's ears the best. Probably user dependent so a KZread reviewer's experience might not apply to me.

I don't know if you are like me but the only success I have had with earphones is the Pixel Buds A and the Samsung earphones that look like beans. I generally find I have to use the smallest tips and even then they just don't stay in. The Pixel buds stayed in because they had a little horn holding onto your ears. I have the Pixel Buds Pro because I am a Pixel fan and they sound great and get better with every update. But I would never wear them outside as they would just end up bouncing across the ground and I would never find them which has had countless times indoors. I have come to the conclusion that my ears are simply not made for in-ear earphones.

Have you tried switching to a third party ear tips? The tips that have worked for me for TWS have been Spinfits (360?), Springtips from Moondrop, and UC ear tips from Softears. I have one iem that was giving me fit issues in the right ear until I switched to Springtips. You might need to find the right ones.

Is the soundcore liberty 4 the same as liberty 4 SE?

You should have done the hearing test and then listened with those customized settings. I think you might feel different about the bass, though especially the treble.

I'd hate to hear that the Campfire IEM has issues connecting and disconnecting. That'd be a deal breaker for any TWIEM 😪

They're releasing the "Liberty 4 NC" in a few days. Apparently it's better in every way, but it costs 65$ in the early bird sale. 😅

I used liberty Air 2 pro for the year and quite impressed, I was satisfied with libert Air 2 pro with good sound quality and decided to purchase liberty 4 but liberty 4 is totally bullshit.. after using it for 30 minutes my ear get too much pain..

The ANC made them unusable. For some reason, the ANC kept jumping and popping on the transit every time it went over a bump. Unbearable, had to return them.

Out of the box they are pretty horrific. The Hear Id does fix some of it but it’s like applying a band aid to a dismembered body. The drivers just didint seem to really deliver the smooth rich deep sound I was looking for, something with actual detail and not bloat.

Sorry, you're comparing the soundcore headphones with devices that cost twice or three times as much. Regardless of how good or bad the videos here are or how the soundcore perform, it makes the whole comparison weird

The Sennheiser TWS first gen just RUINED them for me. I can't believe/trust anything from them anymore. They were SO BAD. I never return anything - EXCEPT those.

I returned my Sennheiser TW 3 yesterday and picked these up and I think they sound MUCH BETTER. That was the SECOND time ive returned my Sennheisers. Never again.

I'll tell you who the soundcore range are for: Idiots like me who have put several more expensive pairs through the wash (but, seriously, bang for buck, app, call quality and, frankly, disposability are unbeatable at this price)

It seems that you are very hasty in your last video’s. I more liked your old vids because they where more laydback.

Well I like your videos very much, but this time I found it very "uninformative". I think that high frequencies are too much in evidence, sizzling, sound unnatural and, at least for me, unbearable. And yes, I know that you warned us about this and other flaws of the Liberty 4, but at the end, why bother reviewing them? You can find dozens of better products, even at half the price. Anyways thanks for your much appreciated work on YT.

So: because YOU already have direct experience with the unnatural treble of the Liberty 4, I should have taken a pass on reviewing them, despite a) already having acquired a sample and b) there being a sizeable chunk of my audience who have zero direct experience with the Soundcore and wouldn’t have known otherwise. Please feel to enlighten us with those half price better IEM's.

I just bought library 3 pro and I am very disappointed... Dialogues are weird... Something is not right. I trust my ears since due to my job I was listening both music and dialogues from genelecs over 6 years. I'll wait for the break in... But very very very very very disappointed. Not a bad iem... But cannot capture the recording.
