Guys, I was leaving the rifle tube today from Bass Pro the gentleman that was manning the shooting range noted I was shooting a .308. He asked if I had heard of your bullet and company, which I hadn’t. He took me over to the display and asked me to hold the box, which I thought was empty on account of how freaking lite it was. To my utter surprise it was a full 20 round box, pulled out a round and let me hold one to feel the weight difference. Damn! It’s almost feathered, which is incredible. But the cost is slightly out of reach, in my opinion, vast majority of shooters. I 100% support local Texas company that is breaking trails in innovation. Especially for something that’s been done the same way for years. Granted I’ve just seen this one video and plan to reach out for more information, if you’ll allow. I guess I would have to shoot a box before passing any further judgement.

would this work in a Diamondback DB-10 in 308, or do those have fluted chambers? I have one, is the reason I'm asking. Also, when is the genesis/amicus in 308 coming out. Sig released their spear in .308/7.62 NATO and .223/5.56 NATO, why not modify it a little to compete with other 308 bullpups like the MDRX and Tavor 7? if you make some accommodation for left-handed shooters that's at the very least easier to switch than the Tavor 7, than you got something good. if there's some options cheaper than the MDRX and Tavor 7 or even than a rifle I call the BROCOM from Black Rain Ordnance that isn't even out yet, but was said at Shot Show 2023 to have options around the $1,000 range and upwards of 3,000 for those that want the high end competition variants and stuff (they may have also stated that they aren't making any promises but still it would be good if there was a 308 bullpup that might even have a 20" barrel or longer for under $2,000) or am I asking the wrong company about that?

Our 165-grain GameKing .308 is best suited for bolt rifles. While there is tremendous excitement around our Amicus rifle, it is lower on the priority list to produce for the public compared to further developing and perfecting new calibers of ammunition.

@@truevelocityinc that's good to know. Its a shame that it is that way, but its understandable. A lot of people can have an irrational hatred or distrust of the bullpup platform. Some have mildly legitimate concerns like where the bullet is exploding at compared to a more traditionally configured rifle and left-handed shooters like myself are sometimes an afterthought with the side the bullets eject on. manual of arms is a concern for some as well. Still a cool rifle concept though and hopefully someone is able to get that rifle made marketable sometime while we still have the right to do so
