First off I'm a big fan of Kevin and the Hercules show. I understand what it's like to go from a person who has been athletic to a person who struggles to get out of bed each morning. I live with MS,although I've had to quit league tennis and some activities,I still try and get my exercise and keep on the bright side of life. I now appreciate those days of being blessed with great health and have greater empathy for those with struggles.

I have read the book and I highly recommend it.

I remember hearing this on one of the Herc DVD's. I was surprised and amazed at his strength. I just bought the book and look forward to reading more.

Just so inspiring. Unless you've been through a major trauma, it might be hard to understand "accepting" and "befriending" your pain, your disability, stroke, cancer, whatever it is that weakens you. Kevin Sorbo says it very well, and I can attest to the validity of his words from experience hard-won. Ya gotta get back up!! Thanks Mr. S.

Time ticks & I see 1:11 a lot of times. It's like I am aware every moment my, our lives that family do not understand. This man & me had common things, I had a bone to pick regarding feeling resentment when Chiropractor's are necessary like my disjoined hip or out of place from a second time I was hit by a car this time off my bicycle that lawyer's attempt to steal & prevent what I need to survive in life. They use old best friend's forcing divorce, accusations on me while I am missing my family while they live on. I wonder, what did I do so wrong to be kicked around out of site, out of mind. Our 25 year family split from Wisconsin to Texas, they do not speak the 16 hour car ride I could take, if I knew the now exact destination but would they communicate once I arrived. I was willing to walk it, however, my injuries grew too painful that I am trying yet to repair.

Thats the movie Hercules and the lost kingdom, there were 5 Hercules TV movies made before the series.
