The ramp now comes with the solo as I purchased the ramp separately. I got a text informing me of this and asked if I still wanted the extra ramp, which I didn’t. They then refunded my credit card. Thanks for this very informative video. The ramp does everything you described and fits my 4.5” fat tire Ebike.

Thanks for sharing your experience! We are always willing to meet your needs. If you buy SOLE R or MATE R, they will all come with a ramp. Only, FELLOW doesn't come with a ramp now.

Works great for my Aventon Sinch 2, 4" wde tire. Solo with ramp. Holds very securely.

Like the Young rack. Will go with the dual model to transport 2 E-bikes. Interestingly, the Young video on Amazon shows the rear tire atop of the sliding stopper. I like how you wedge it at the front of the rear tire and ratchet down. Thanks for all the great content on E-bikes and gear.

Thank you! Our bike racks are all sturdy and firm, you can be assured of that. Besides this one, we also have bike racks for two e-bikes if you need.

Out of curiosity, what was the wheelbase of the cargo bike you loaded? I couldn't identify the bike to try to look it up myself. Thanks.

Great review. I wish it folded up. Do you remove it when you're not traveling with the bike or just leave it on all the time?

Wait…. so there’s an optional lock that you can get to lock the rack so nobody can steal it?

The bike rack can be locked to the vehicle by a lock but the Lock is not included, you can prepare one on your own. The diameter of the lock beam should be less than 7mm

On the single model, can you expand it later on to have two bikes

Why are people complaining about the straps not holding?

Please check if the straps are inserted in the right direction, otherwise, it can not hold firmly due to misuse.
