Pain will make u stronger, you dont learn you dont change, accept belo said because that was a gift.

biglang isang araw. nag kapimple ako isa then after 3 months. tuloy tuloy. siya pero 1 or 3 lang. then decided for the first time mag pa glycopeel sa belo. grabe cystic naglabasan na sa chin ko almost every month nag papa belo ako. inject every pimple. ang mahal. wala. taking doxycycline.facial etc. for 2 years.. wala!.. this past 3 months lang. simple lang pala ang need OMAD( one meal a day) fasting. and healthy eating. wala na akp pimple. wala gastos! pimple lang minsan pag may nakain ako na di hiyang.

Quite a number of scientific studies indicate that dairy products, chocolate and a high intake of refined carbohydrates are to blame for acne. Acne is hard to find in populations who consume a diet that excludes these food items. P.S. I have videos on this.

Jericho Go oily skin is not ugly, it’s just oily and that’s it. It’s just very shallow to say that strong phrase. A lot of people are suffering from insecurities from their skin. Nobody has the right to label anybody’s skin as ugly wether they have oily skin or dry skin. You never know what they been through or what they’ve tried to do in order for others not to categorize as their skin as ugly. It’s ok if you can’t relate, I understand. But if you do relate and you agree with that phrase, then there might be something wrong with your perception. What is beautiful skin anyway? One might define healthy skin as being beautiful but in some cases, even the oiliest skin could be healthier than a skin that’s not so oily.

Jericho Go you seem mad, if you are don’t be. If you aren’t mad, maybe don’t type in a way that may be perceived as you are. We are simply having a discussion about something what a dermatologist said. I just feel strongly about it because I don’t agree with what she said. She’s a huge influence and she should be more careful with her public statements. If somebody says that dark hair is ugly hair, then people with dark hair will feel insecure. It’s the same thing about talking about oily skin. Now, let me just point out that I mentioned that some people can’t help it. Some people, even with so many products and methods, can’t get rid of their oily skin because that’s in their DNA. In a same way how we all have our maximum height depending on our DNA regardless of what you eat or whatever supplements you take. Furthermore, I never mentioned anybody being content with what they have and not taking care of themselves. Please do try your best to keep your skin healthy and try not to slack on it. You are right, “clear skin” is perceived as beautiful skin but a lot of people with clear skin don’t have healthy skin. Like how a person might look physically fit but not healthy. All I’m saying is that we all just need to be more careful with what we say in public. We already deal with everyday I securities and we can’t let negative comments affect us. If you haven’t seen the movie “Penelope”, you should watch it. If you don’t agree, I’ll respect your opinion and I’ll just stay out of this. If you get what I’m telling you now, thank you for understanding and being part of the people who has more positive outlook in life and that are more compassionate. Help spread positivity, the world is already a dark place 🙏🏼✌🏼👍🏼🤟🏼

the soap is too drying. you should add some sort of moisturizing agent to your product. it is not good if it is too drying as it causes more breakouts. also, it is not true that oiliness is next to ugliness. oily skin ages less faster than those with dryer skin. just my opinion

There is no one product that works for everyone. Use something na hiyang ng skin mo. Eat good food, exercise, sleep well, drink a lot of water and be gentle to your skin. The more harsh you are, the more it’ll get worse. Her product could work for you but it might not. So just find the one that is right for you. And don’t use bar soaps 👍🏼

If i have breakouts I'm using pimple gel then less than 3 -4 days nag he heal na ;)

Dove na pink po gamit ko na soap kesa yung mga papaya na matatapang as mukha ... Kasi 14 lang ako .. nag try ako na yon lang gamit ko tapos yung acne cream... Naghilom lahat ng pimples ko... kala ko nga wala nagbago pero yung ate ko na hindi naman naglilinis ng mukha eh nasubukan din dahil daw nawala yung pimples ko???

Katrina Torres I actually do NOT recommend you to use beauty products like Belo or Kojisan because it's actually normal to have pimples in your age. But if you really wanted to try cleansers, I recommend you to use Cetaphil because those cleansers are safe for babies actually. So use mild cleansers for your face :)
