Loved the vid only one on the internet that shows setup right through. Love to see your review of the boat now and thoughts, also how to wash down when you get back before packing up.?

Boat is awesome! Still get excited every time I use it. After I finish I roll it up and store in my car and then inflate it back up for a quick hose down. To be honest it's time consuming but then again it beats having a trailer boat and will prob take the same time as washing that down and reversing the trailer etc. Would recommend 10/10

@@andrewmichael219 thanks for that great reply, do you keep it deflated after drying and then storing in between using it.? I was thinking of not having a trailer and similar to you.

@@douger1517 I leave it inflated about 50% in my garage overnight to dry it before packing but it wouldn't matter if dry or not when storing for short amount of time.

It seems that getting small outboards to prime when they first start is a common problem. I watched a vid the other day where a guy had a couple of fixes for that. It has something to do with them not drawing fuel to the carb because of air pressure. So it takes a few pulls to work the fuel through the lines. Might be something to check out if your interested. How do you find the tracking on your 330? Do you think the V hull inflatables are worth the extra investment? I have to be constantly correcting my Colorado to keep her in any sort of direction for trolling. And I mean constantly and that is on quiet ponds with no currant or wind.

Yea it takes a while to prime but I hadn't use this motor in about 2 months so I knew it would take a while to start cold. I think both models have their ups and downs. I know with v shape it cuts through the water easier but can also be tippy when standing on one side as for the flat bottom it sits on top of the water so it isn't very tippy and can go into more shallower waters

Great vid. I'm researching on inflatables and True Kit seems to be one of the best on the market. Doesnt seem to have a dealer in Australia/Sydney that stock their boats. Wondering if you have experience with brands of inflatable boats before you decided on True Kit. Also wondering if trolling motor would be sufficient on the Discovery 330 or the petrol motor 5hp would be better. I'm looking to get into fishing in Sydney waters with my dad, and other times just cruising around with family.

Hello mate I am also from Sydney Australia and also done a lot of research before landing on True Kit because of their quality and because I pack up and down every time it was the lightest in its size. I also looked up a place in Menai called Island Inflatable Boats but they are heavier in size

@@andrewmichael219 I was planning to go into Island Inflatable to check them out. Weight and storage are my biggest issues as I live in apartments, don't have lockup garage for storage. What do you recommend on the motor? Electric or petrol? Do you need boat licence?

I live in an apartment too which is why I sold my kayak and bought an inflatable. If rolled up correctly it can fit in a bedroom. I started off with a 5hp which needed no licence but now upgraded to 10hp which does but its a lengthy process to register as its from new Zealand
