I should add that I was living about half a mile from the WTC in 2001. Lower Manhattan was like some post-apocalyptic hell for weeks afterward. Thousands of people queued outside the hospitals and morgues for weeks trying to find loved ones. Chaos. Total chaos. I feel for Ron & Sneha's family because their missing person report would have just been buried in thousands of others.

Oh my that is so awful! I’m sure it was just mass chaos. I really do hope they find some answers somehow but I’m not sure if they will on this case😢

I love that you did this video entirely in whisper instead of the usual soft spoken/ whisper combination you usually use. I love it so much I have listened to it 3 or 4 times. This story is baffling. I don't know what to think. She was clearly exhibiting some very risky behavior but, and this thought keeps me up at night, it is usually when we are going about our daily routine, doing mundane, super safe things that we encounter evil. It is when our defenses are down and we are at our most vulnerable. It seems she encountered evil after doing something she has probably done a thousand times. A real head scratcher. My heart goes out to her family. A missing loved one is my worst nightmare, worse even than losing a loved one to murder. At least, when someone passes, for whatever reason, we have cultural traditions, like the funeral, that serve to help us find peace and the overused "c" word, closure. I hope I never have a chance to put my theory to the test. I, too, am on the fence. I could see her wanting to just walk away and start over, maybe it was her way of finding her own form of closure. Either way, I hope her family will get some answers. If she just walked away, it is really not fair to her family. Drive 100 miles from wherever you are now, find a pay phone, yes, they still exist, call your family and say, "I am fine, I had to get away, my life is good now. I may contact you again someday, please, don't look for me. I will call more often if you promise not to try to locate me." That is the one thing that always gives me pause, when someone has been in regular contact with their family, seemed to be close with them and then they just up and vanish. It is hard for me to believe it was an intentional act. I have not heard anyone say if her family knew she had been fired again and that she was now charged with filing a false police report. It does seem somewhat coincidental that she vanishes right before her cousin is set to visit. Baffling! Thanks for another great video!

I'm familiar with this story. I really think the most likely scenario is that Sneha perished in the attacks. She lived right next to the WTC and I think she probably was returning home that morning after having spent the night out. She probably volunteered to help with the wounded and was in the so-called death zone when the two 110-story buildings collapsed. However......I also think there's a *small* possibility Sneha took her own life on September 10th. Being dismissed from not one but two residency programs is basically a career death sentence. Imagine having spent 8+ years in med school and owing $100K in school loans and having to go work at JC Penney or something. She may have been desperate/depressed. Still I think the most likely answer is death in the attacks.

I think Sneha was the woman who was seen arriving home at 8:41 AM. First jet struck the first tower at 8:47. Like everyone else in the area, she would've heard and felt the explosion and wanted to see what was happening.

I totally agree with you! She didn’t seem like the type of person who would just run away or commit suicide. Such a terrible thing to happen though!

Respectfully disagree, I know everyone loves to believe the "Feel Good Story" But there has been NO shred of evidence that proves she was there. Add to that her family and the lies they kept telling to the police, Her shopping bags from her shopping trip on the 10th never being found, The woman in the store she was with never being identified, Her alcohol, marital and court problems, And years later the really creepy postcard sent on that anonymous website that a lot of people believe could be her. I think she was gettin tired living that double life and she wanted and most definitely needed a fresh start and used this tragedy as her way, Don't forget she was a Dr. So she was smart enough to think somethin like this thru.

I have to also respectfully have to disagree. There were 1000's of video and photo cameras there that day very likley someone would've caught her assisting. Another thing is we are talking about NYC lower Manhattan in the A.M. hours, you mean to tell me no one at all saw her that morning? no one remembers her walking past? I believe whatever happened to her happened on the night of sept 10th or early morning hours of sept 11th.

I feel like something bad happened to her. She would have gotten in touch w ron. Drinking w strangers is risky. Either someone hurt her the night of the 10th or she was stuck in the havoc of 9/11 that morning and someone harmed her realizing they could prob get away w anything bc of the chaos.

@@DIVISIONINCISION it’s def divisive, a lot of people don’t agree with it right off the bat bc it’s weird to conceptualize the combination of a relaxation technique and true stories about murder and violence. but tbh when u really think about it it’s not much different than how we as a society consume true crime content for entertainment, it’s just a strange phenomenon in general… I think the human brain can compartmentalize and kind of forget that it’s real people we are talking about and that’s why it’s so popular. From what I’ve seen there’s a lot of families of victims want their story to be heard, so as long as you are being respectful and constantly reminding yourself that it’s a real person with a real family involved you can consume this kind of stuff respectfully
