Would be interested in showing something outside of kigili. Not everyone wants to live in the city. Also show more single family homes and townhouses. Some people are not interested in apartment.

I am not living in USA 🇺🇸 but where I am living in Europe if you are working you make 120000 thousand Rwanda Money (120€ per day) while if you’re working in Rwanda a normal job like teacher you earn only 1€ per day , how can you afford this apartment of 500€ per month. Remember in west if you’re not working you still get paid from government, and the salary you can get without working it could better than someone who’s working for government in Africa ( for example a minister) guys Africa is good but the politicians are useless.

And what I am hating, the cost living in Africa now is like in Europe or in America and the wages is totally different, why ?!because the African politicians don’t care because they steal all government money.

I’m renting a 4 bedroom 200 square meter apt with excellent sea and Mountain View in Turkey with swimming pool for $200/month and I’ve seen another apt also nice for $120/month and they have furnished kitchens with cabinets and sink and drawers.

The locals don't spend money like visitors or tourists. They don't eat out regularly. They cook. and they pay less rent. Most local earn about $500 per month and they are not looking for luxury. They're just trying to live comfortably. If you want to live like the locals it very cheap.
