Trudeau says Canada helping NATO address threats posed by climate change

The volcanic eruption in Iceland last year caused 1/5 of the Northern Hemisphere to have a mild winter. The world's wild pigs produce as.much CO2 as 1.1 million cars annually. The world's ants weigh as much as the world's humans and produce as much CO2 as a humans do annually on the living metric.

I agree! JT is not doing a fraction enough for the environment. Too many Canadians are too entitled... The prosperity in our lives is directly because of exploitation of resources, labour and wrecking ecosystems in other parts of the world. Canadians are the worst polluters in the world taking account for the damages done by everything we purchase over seas and all the fossil fuel we export. Canadians are fallaciously believing that carbon tax is hurting them but if you listen to statistics, history of success in other countries and economic experts, it is easy to understand that we can't afford to NOT have carbon taxes. If we don't price in the cost of damaging the natural world, we will run out of natural world to exploit. Please my fellow Canadians, wake up and vote for and send emails to our politicians detailing our expectations to do vastly more for the environment! THIS is what will continue our prosperity for your children's future. Please!

@@karentoffan7027 I completely understand that and found myself there in the past, but I came to the understanding that they are manipulating our behaviour and setting in stone our future choices, for example if this pm actions are made to drive descent, they know you will not vote for him rather the other side , and if you do not vote ( like myself ) you'd be way more likely to get out and vote ( this increases with the amount of dissent, which requires your emotional attention ). They made sure to do this in Canada in all but one party ( for the most part ). I would love to tell you all I have learned but here is not the place to allow that. I wish someone would address the shear size of Canada vs the population which is the tax base. It’s something that is far easier when your entire country is the size of one of the smaller provinces in Canada. Seriously, has anyone in the EU superimposed an outline of their country on Canada? If they have any ideas at all about how to financially manage an historically new and massive country with relatively sparse infrastructure and a small but highly taxed population I would welcome the knowledge.
