Sadly the good man that was in charge of the police there was forced to resign by the city. Every one of the officers were holding back while he was in charge so the government had to get rid of him. Now I'm sure we will see that the people who have moved up the ladder one step and are placed in the same impossible position by their government leader who most likely crumble because their families need their income and the politicians stand to lose absolutely nothing. The haves and the have nots, the oppressed and the oppressors. The citizens cannot win and with all of those citizens come in force as one group.

Yeah, it was called democracy until about 30 years ago when politicians found that if there is only one election every four years, then they can do whatever they like in between. Horrible. In addition, if they adjust the parties afterwards so that their grand scheme is still intact, we still call that democracy for some crazy reason. In Sweden the smallest party has been dictating the general politics for almost ten years now because of restructuring after the election.
