Nice video. Sorry about the back issues. I was 28 when I hurt my back, the only time it didn't hurt was when I layed on my side with the knees pulled up. Be careful with the brace, if it is to tight when you sit down it can lead to acid reflux. The first two doctors I saw recommended surgery the last doctor told me that if I could withstand the pain that most back injuries heal them selves in 18 months. For me it took a year for the pain to go away. The reflux never has gone away after wearing the brace to tight. I never understood people getting hooked on pain pills until I had the back issues, it hurt so bad that you feel like doing anything to get rid of the pain. Good Luck Young Man..

Inspect your seat back for any loose panels that support the lumbar air bag. They can be broke loose and you never know it. This happens most often on National Brand seats, it can happen to other brand seats depending on how they are built. God bless, stay safe.

I just had a sciatic nerve pain in my back that lasted about a week. I’ve been getting an attack every few years since I was a teenager ( now 51) , but this was the first time I couldn’t work… I could hardly move 😩😩it comes as quick as it goes usually,🤷‍♂️lying down was my only relief… i couldn’t even sit without extreme discomfort.

I agree with you that you are too young to have back problems. I hope you can get it addressed. Hopefully no surgery!

Hi Matt, sorry I haven’t commented in a while. So sorry to hear about your lower back injury. My husband had a bulging disc lower back injury and he suffered with reoccurring issues for many years because of it until he found a sports physiotherapist that really knew what he was doing. Stephen’s injury would often not just bring extremely painful lumber back pain but also pain sensations down the back of his leg all the way to his ankle. Find yourself a good sports physiotherapist is my advice and with some routine maintenance and certain exercises, the back pain you are experiencing will be in the past. In the meantime Matt, if you insist on sleeping on your back, keep your knees elevated with a couple of pillows under them, that way you won’t stretch that trapped nerve that the disc is pressing against which is why you get shots of pain etc. if you sleep flat, the nerve that’s trapped by the disc will get stretched and bring yet more pain there after. Ideally sleep on your sides and place pillow between your knees so that your pelvis doesn’t twist and aggravate the nerve more. If your knees touch, that’s too much twisting for the pelvis and over 6/8hrs of sleep, your back will be aggravated. Walking is great for the lumber area but not when in pain. Rest is vital and no running at all of any kind as it jars the back and pinches the disc. Sorry I’m not much help but we wish you well Matt and stay safe and thank you so much for these videos! Our two boys just admire you so much. Love the flag by the way!! God Bless from Ireland!

I thought the Amish weren't allowed to have equipment like that loader. Nice people any interactions I ever had with them.

Sorry for the late response Jim , some of them have certain types of machinery for their business The Amish in the southern end of the state have little to no machinery at all
