I watched the demo recording after banning the white car. The truck with triple trailer was trying to take a wide turn so as not to get stuck while turning and their turning signals were also on. But the white car ignored them and kept driving at 110km/h and therefore endangered them by doing that. *Both are at fault*, the truck for taking the turn too wide, and the car for ignoring the truck, rushing and trying to pass them while taking a turn.

I don't believe the truck here has right of way. Their intention is not clear from the positioning of the vehicle. They are on the far right lane, for all we know he could be changing lanes. Signaling only signifies intention that does not mean they have the right to cut in front of another vehicle to make such manouver. Incidently if they were only to change lane the truck would also be at fault. The car is also in the overtaking lane in which they were also overtaking. If this was taken to court IRL it wouldn't hold up. The car has no obligation to give way.

@@Mystic_1ce In actual fact it wasn't busy at all. If you review the dots o the mini map, within the vicinity there is the truck, the admin and the car being banned at the junction. I would agree if there was more traffic the speed would not be appropriate. But given there are only 3 cars at the active junction I don't this argument has much weight.

@@Azpep but its common sense to stop and let a truck to turn, people dont change lanes at turns and that shouldve been at least suspicious to the car. the truck is in front of you and he goes first ! he cant stop on the right lane and wait for you to pass in order to turn

i would love to be a ingame admin as i honestly love this game and i have a strong passion to help people but i dont know how u guys dont lose ur cool at times or find it so overwhelming as u are literally the only admin i ever see on and most of the time theres no admins on. and ive been banned as well so that doesnt look good but nice seeing atleast someone is trying. keep up the vids as in all honesty i wish i could see not only u on patrol most of the time as that road needs atleast 5 admins on at all times....

Didn't get the first ban ... I saw his blinker and I know he probably needed more space with this trailer but it kinda seemed that the guy in car just wanted go straight and got cut by the guy with double :D

at the minute 2:27 the truck with the triple trailer did a mistake too, he took it way to wide and his intentions weren't clear. He could've just stayed between the left only and the central lane and start to steer later. I'm used to drive the hct trailer in narrow roads but i've never blocked the way of others like that

@@billyw5493 Sure but if you were to cause an incident crash whilst attempting an overtake around a blind bend because you lost the rear end you would charged with driving without due care and attention or other similar infringements. Given we must follow european road laws and signs as outlined in the rules I don't you can judge innocent. With regards to reported and no action taken with evidence then on face value they should have been banned. Would be good to see it though.

2:30 Why did you ban the car and not this truck? The car was driving fine, going straight, this truck wanted to turn left from the right straight lane.

The truck had his indicator/blinker on to turn left. He wouldn't have made that tight turn with three trailers if he didn't use the whole road.

​@@BrunoCostaPT If you have no choice but to turn left from the rightmost lane, you should let all vehicles go first. The use of a triple trailer is for the convenience of the other driver, and reckless driving, assuming that everyone will "go along" with it, is a ban.
