I know the old setup had more storage with the slide out kitchen but it was so heavy and a pain to take in and out. And if you can believe it the new setup is so much more comfortable to sleep on! I could walk outside my townhome in downtown Atlanta at 4am not run into anyone. But when I go camping off-grid in the most secluded area, someone will walk up or drive by at the weirdest times.

I just got that holder the other day. I ordered it off of Temu for like $6. Its actually really stout and works great!

I actually had the chicken and dumplings for the first time in my car camper cooking they were delicious

Hey ole pal! Glad to see you back on another overnight adventure! The setup looks awesome, super simple and yet gets the job done. Mountain house is a great savior meal in a pouch 😂, I really love the biscuits and gravy one myself. You know we always think we need to travel to find beautiful scenery’s and exotic places but on every outdoor adventure you shoot you prove that theory wrong with your amazing drone footage. We have such beautiful mountains and history right here in our own back yard. Once again, awesome video, thanks for bringing us along. “On to the next adventure”

4:31 I wish that cot would fit in my car camper but I think 🤔 it would be too long and maybe to wide I only have about 68 inches by 28 inches wide for my sleeping space this gives me a little bit of ideas for my no build, but you have so much more space

Great video really enjoyed watching still trying to save for the soft topper but we are looking to move to VA in the spring so that's where I'm focusing right now hopefully after that's all done I'll beable to buy one lol

You really can't beat them! I love mine, much more affordable than a regular camper shell and still gives you the ability to use your truck bed very easily. They hold up in the weather great too! You have good clearance over that wheel well with that cot? i am looking into getting one but i need something that would go over it just fine.

Like to know how does the topper do in the rain and how it handles on the interstate how much do they cost

Great questions! I've had my topper for about a year now, and i've never had a leak from rain or snow, it actually holds up really good! And as far as the interstate goes, I've had my truck at around 80mph, and it doesn't flap around or make any cab noise. The only thing it will do is kind of suck in on the sides just a tad which is no big deal. I caught mine on sale for $900 but they are typically around $1,000 or so.
