2 Eggs - separated only 1 egg yolk 1 egg yolk 1tb sugar teaspoon vanilla half teaspoon baking powder Mix to incorporate ????flour ????Milk Lemon Zest Lemon air/juice Should be a paste like egg whites pinch of salt teaspoon of lemon juice low speed whip the egg whites till egg whites are foamy bubbly ???? Sugar - slowly add sugar High speed for stiff peaks. Gently fold both to combine pan low heat - tablespoon of butter Half cup of batter into the pan and cover with lid Flip and put lid back on Make syrup and sprinkle with confection sugar

It's: 2 cold large eggs 3 Tbsp sugar (divide into 1Tbsp for yolk mixture and 2 Tbsp for egg whites) 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp baking powder 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour 2 Tbsp milk 1/2 lemon 1/4 tsp kosher salt unsalted butter for greasing pan and serving 8 strawberries 1/2 cup maple syrup powdered sugar

This has been my favorite guest on this show. I subscribed to Troye right before he came out; he is an inspiration to others. He has some good tunes though I’m not a hard core fan anymore. Definitely helped me come out; so I’ll never be able to thank him enough for that. Best wishes to you Troye! Ps. Carla is an infallible queen as always.
