A left hand wind. That's the real way to fly fish. Hold the rod with the right, the strong arm, don't need to change hands when you hook up. Wind with the left hand. Perfect technique.

It’s amazing how fresh the trout from NZ look compared to the ones here in the states. The tail and all the fins are so large and colorful. Although I still catch 5 lb trout, that is the biggest they get. Huge fan Gareth, keep up the awesome videos 🤙🏻

Carter Pivonka they are in amazing condition this time of year and frankly, the Tongariro is probably the best trout river in the world.

With only 6 hours, not a bad day on the water! Your dog certainly seems to be understanding you better now. Not a single lick of the fish. That's a great thing as far more of them will survive as a result. Watched the ads so you're paid more for the content provided to us.

Super super nice fish man. It was hard to tell if the other fellas across the river were catching as many as u were but its always a damn good feeling when u fish near other people and ur bringin the fish in right and left and they aint catchin a damn thing lol. I know its evil but its a fun evil i guess lol. Keep up the amazing vids bro!

What is the deal with dark rainbows and silver ones ? In the states only the salmon gets dark like that.

What is the knot you used on the swing fly? It looks like it knots back a couple of inches.
