Extra trouble shooting tip: If your tickets are printing out of alignment or your printer isn't pulling them to where they need to it could be an issue with the ticket stock itself. Try a different bolt of tickets to see if this helps.
Ours spits out 2 extra blank tickets with each transaction. But only some days.
