I got this as a gift and with in a minute it quits working so I learn how to unclog it and clean it up and it works for another minute and now I cant figure out why it will not work. It is very messy Now I got a coffee maker that I cant use and after reading the reviews I am not surprised

I received this machine for Christmas 2023. The grinder's finest espresso setting is just about fine enough but there is some kind of issue where the grind setting dial rotates counter-clockwise toward a coarser setting as the machine is running. Has anyone here experienced that? The Shardor customer service number seems to be out of commission as does their website :(

Hi, after cleaning my grinder, it seems I cant get down to the espresso grind, wasting alot of good beans trying to fix it!

After cleaning the grinder only grinds very fine and does not grind according to the number setting. Meaning I get very fine grind and I have to run the grind several times for the machine to grind the quantity of coffee I need. Please advise.

same problem here. Worked great for about 6 months of near daily use. Now it only grinds a small amount of very fine grounds and the rest of the beans don't funnel into the hopper.

@@micahmurray1466 Go to their website and reach out to customer service via email. I did that yesterday and they have already responded to me. I was asked for a video and more information on the problem. Will keep you posted.

It was simple; Due to piss poor design, the switches where full of coffee dust so I wired past them and refrain from poking my fingers in the mechanism like a total idiot - I use lots of power tools which are way waaaay more lethal without problems. Now fire your inept designers.

They are garbage.. I've had 2 and they work for awhile.. grind the coffee ultra fine regardless of the settings.. then they start grinding less.. and less volume.. you have to run it a full minute to get 1/4 cups o grounds.. Customer service is good ... but you can't make a poor product into a good product with customer service.
