Hi I have a r87 and it just keeps canceling it won’t play the record comes down and then lifts it back up again and the cancel light stays on any ideas I just got it and trying to figure it out, it’s my first jukebox

Error 1 on Rowe 93 CD combo,replaced battery ran for quite some time,error code is back, battery issue again ? Or solder joint? Also can a data dump help? I for got code to do? Thanks

Do you have some way I can contact you? I don't mind sending you parts, etc. but really don't know where to start. My jukebox is on and running, but it will not let me make a number selection at all. There is some type of disconnect between the numbers on the front door of the cabinet and the machine itself. And, no error code ever pops up.

Do you have anything on the Rowe Diplomat?

I have a 1100 1976 Rowe International and the arm that picks up the records wont work what can i do?

I have a Rowe 86 showing error code 1. When it's on it will not let me select a record but in service it will please any idea what should i do

I have a r-91 and there's no sound only on the record when it's playing but I don't know how to turn up the volume. Everything is plugged in and I don't know what to do.

The R88 is playing fine for about 30 minutes, then the player starts to play the next selected record but the tonearm returns to it's off position and the record returns to the magazine. Now the record is put on the turntable again, the tone arm moves to the beginning of the record, then the tone arm returns to it' s off position. The record returns to the magazine again, and put it on the turntable again, with some 'force' this time. Then the strange cycle stops. The jukebox then shows a E-3 error in the display. What is happening here? I removed and re-installed all connections but the problem remains The Central Computer has the upgraded main computer chip

Hi! My students won the jukebox in our school for a month but when we wheeled it to my room, it doesn't work! I plug it in and the small decorative records spin and the numbers for selections, selections return light up. But when I drop in a quarter, it doesn't go anywhere. I don't hear it drop. I tried a dollar bill and it came back out. No one seems to know what to do. Any suggestions?? Please? My students are so disappointed. Thank you!!

Can you tell me when the machine is not in use where the hand should set that picks up the records should’ve sent right over the top of the record or should it be sitting in between the records where the numbers are ?where should the arm be resting when it’s not in play?

The gripper arm should be over the record when jukebox is idle. If it is over the numbers it is out of time.

suprb6970 That’s what I figured 💩 My machine just makes a humming noise when I power it on..I’m assuming the Carousel and arm have both been bumped outta alignment. It’s a mission trying to find a repairman too. 😭 Ty for replying!

@@lorijohnson8660 Jukebox repair men are hard to find these days. Look up some vending companies in your area, they can usually point you in the right direction. I'm in the Dallas area if that helps.

^min 25 seconds: Fact - a CR2032 battery is NOT soldered to the circuit board. It clips in a battery holder.
