Een aflevering van het alom bekende TROS-programma 'Te Land, ter Zee en in de Lucht' uitgezonden op maandag 30 januari 1995: in 'Blij dat ik Glij' gaan de deelnemers met hun zelfgebouwde voertuig de piste van Kurzras in Noord-Italië af om als snelste de bel te luiden. Het was toen ook voor het eerst dat de opnames een dag extra duurden vanwege de veiligheid dat op een gegeven moment niet meer gewaarborgd kon worden voor de deelnemers.
Presentatie en commentaar zijn in handen van Jack van Gelder, en Jurre Bosman is de reporter langs de baan. De juryleden van deze winterse aflevering zijn Paul Dijkman, Yvonne van Gennip en Nico Zwinkels.

Brilliant. This episode had been shown by Russian TV (Channel 2) in 1996 in the program dedicated to the international game shows. I was searching this video for 25 years. Hope, I will be able to find another TROS episode I had seen in the childhood (there were riding bikes by the log across the canal). Thank you very much for uploading it.

Wow! I never knew that! If you want to find episodes on the subject you are talking about, you might want to search for 'Te land, ter Zee en in de Lucht Fiets 'm 'r in' . (It stands for 'On land, at Sea and in the Air, Cycle it in') This involved cycling across a narrow wooden beam. In the past, there used to be a small seesaw in the middle of the beam as well. The version I know (1992 and onwards) only involves a beam that narrows slightly in the middle. To explain the titles of the video a little further: 'The' TROS was a public broadcaster, alongside many others on Dutch television. From the 3 public TV-channels we have in the Netherlands (Nederland (Nederlandi) 1, 2 and 3. Usually, a broadcaster would use the same channel, but would have to share airtime, based on the number of people being a member of that particular broadcaster with other broadcasters (a few of them being KRO, AVRO, NOS and such) Those are all abbreviations (with AVRO and KRO not hiding their religious origin at all) but it goes a bit too far to explain them ;) The TROS. used to be the broadcast-unit that not only facilitated the program, but also broadcast it. Sadly, this program ceased to exist in 2015 or so, as insurance costs were getting skyhigh. I just can't believe this made it all the way to Russia ;) Te Land Ter Zee En In De Lucht is considered national heritage in the Netherlands and the longest running part 'Tobbedansen' ('Tubdancing') started in 1978. The show itself was loved and watched by many. Especially Tobbedansen knew some spectacular launches, although 'Uitpakken en wegwezen' ('Unwrap and get out of there') was also always worth watching. This involved not only making a raft, but also building a construction on that raft that would get a contestant 8 meters up in the air to ring the bell: I was not surprised this stopped in 2002 as it was getting too dangerous)

Jep, hij is volgens mij ooit in een overzicht terecht gekomen met meest spectaculaire ongelukken, waarbij deze op 1 kwam. Volgens mij stond Johans' klap op het ijs op 2 en werd deze alleen maar eerste vanwege het risico wat iedereen liep met de verlichting.
