Glad to see you back at my favorite Casino. I would say book at the cheapest rate possible especially these days with Resort Fees. I wish Atlantic City would follow some of Las Vegas Hotels and waive Resort Fees as a Promotion. I am not sure if I ever got points for booking directly but maybe I am doing it wrong. I will have to check because that would be a big bonus I think if you add the Quarter it probably is the biggest casino but I have to say Hard Rock seems to have the biggest Casino floor in my opinion. I have stayed at the West Tower plenty of times, not my favorite tower but I don't have any horror stories to tell. Overall they are fine but I rather stay in the Havana Tower basically because it is so close to the parking garage. Overall I never really care which tower as they all seem ok to me. I think that was a big stretch to call your room a suite as it looked just like a standard room. Wild Honey used to be the Ri Ra Irish Pub. Lots of dining options at the Trop but I feel like Breakfast choices can be lacking for like a sit down and dine Breakfast restaurant. Trop has been around for awhile and I would say they are way overdue or a complete renovation but for me it is all about the fun experience and great memories and the Tropicana just has the most of those for me. Final Note is for those that might not know Tropicana is now a Caesars Property and well that is not always a good thing in my opinion. Thanks Jennifer and wish you had better weather for this trip but plenty of summer left.

I have been trying to book directly but sometimes it is cheaper on a travel website. Google is definitely a help because it gives you everyone's price. The room was big! The shower was small, though. The restaurant looked really good. Nice share!

Hey Jennifer great job, the room is not the Fiore at the B, however I do like the casino and all the food places and bars. Did you ever get to check if the the Top of the Trop is still open ???? this used to be a wonderful night club with a magnificent view and Iknow you love your views.

Hello! Thanks for the kind compliment! I appreciate it 😊 as far as parking goes.. The day I was there it was 10 dollars to leave. Some hotels have you pay as you arrive. At check in they gave me a 5 dollars off coupon to use. I never left so I don’t know for sure about the in and out privileges. Thanks for hanging with me!

The Trop is the only place I stay in AC. But that room was booty. It was barely worth what you paid for it. They started charging for early check-in a few years ago when that company that starts with the letter D took over. Used to get there early before the check-in got crowded and got early check-in, no problem.

Anytime they gave us a comp room it was always in West tower! Which sucked! Loved Tropicana but not the rooms in west tower. And check in personnel were not friendly!

Yikes yea that would be disappointing. Sorry that happened to you. I agree they could use some congeniality training at the desk! Lol

I agree about the location on the boardwalk, there is no need to ever walk past the Tropicana and the area around it doesn't have much. Though there is the Chelsea beach bar which I have not been to yet. I may go labor day weekend.

@@JenniferSparksSavoy Yes its across from the Trop to the right. Its sorta hidden away but not. There should be an entrance with a sign. Kinda like how the Hard Rock beach bar is a bit obscured.

Went to Tropicana last week by bus. There is a charter that goes from my neighborhood. Did okay in the casino. I used my players card. Don't like talking an elevator with many people in it. When I was there last week it was too hot to walk around on the boardwalk. Just stayed at the Tropicana. The pizza place on the lower level isn't that good. Had a milkshake from Haggen Das and it was good. I'm on a seafood diet. I see the food and if I like it will have it. Am subscribed and hit the like button. Haven't decided if Tropicana is my favorite. Used to like the Trump Taj a lot and my wife loved it there. Next time I go will probably try Harrah's. Passed by Hash House a Go Go. They have Lavazza Coffee. That is a very good coffee. Which of the Towers at Tropicana did you like best?

Oh that’s wonderful glad you made it there I remember you were looking into getting a bus trip..Was it a day trip? So far Havana is my favorite I haven’t stayed in some of the other towers yet tho. Thanks for hanging with me and sharing your experience!

@@JenniferSparksSavoy Yes, it is a day trip. It goes twice a week for now. It picks up a few blocks away from here and makes one more stop a little further out on Staten Island. Then down to Atlantic City. It goes to Harrah's, Tropicana, and Resorts. Last time took it to Tropicana. It turned out too hot to walk around on the boardwalk. So I stayed at Tropicana. Next time will go to a different hotel. The only hotel I stayed in Atlantic City was the Trump Taj. Who knows what the future holds. Maybe one time we'll bump into each other down there.

Yea love hate Tropicana my favorite casino love all the food options comedy club is great love the quarter I always stay in the Havana towers I am like you not a fan of the location clear at the end of boardwalk

I like the other tower lol
