Area of low pressure near the Carolina coast is not expected to form into a tropical system since it is close to moving on to the Carolina coast. But it will bring heavy rain & the threat for flooding to the Carolinas. In the eastern Pacific, a tropical wave is producing disorganized showers and storms west of Central America. It has a LOW 20% chance for development over the next week.
