I remember when I was in high school my Art teacher was my biggest inspiration she would tell me that I was one of her most talented students. Very innovative idea of making a makeshift projector. May be immensely helpful to depict a large wall Mural more easily. This supersedes the conventional method of drawing.

Yes, moving the light box forward or backwards adjust the image.

How do we prep the wall before beginning to draw on it. What medium of paint are you using. What do you use to wipe of designs or small mistakes with. Please mention the brush sizes and type required.

If your wall needs prepping then use plaster to fill in and smooth out the surface. Please see video for the paint that I used. I used a rag with water to remove any mistakes. Please see video for the types of brushes that I used. Also see description for listing of materials. Thank you for watching.

It’s difficult to say because I hold a very demanding full-time job. But I want to say about five weekends and painted about six hours a day

By getting closer to where you want the image to be trace or by tracing it small on the laminate and using a small box.

It´s really beautiful, I would love to be able to do something like it.

Thank you I’m glad you find it beautiful. Start small with one leaf on a cheat of paper to practice. Once you are confidence then move on to the wall.

Yes, come up with a game plan. Pick a simple design. Focus on creating a very detailed image for your light box. Start in the corner of the mural and practice until you are confident. Paint a small area and stop for a few days and observe what you did. If you are happy then continue if not no problem, paint over and start again. Don’t give up!! Good luck!!
