I wanted to do this effect with the dish soap on top of the powder for awhile... ‪@shortygotsponges‬ does the powder on 1 side and liquid on the other frequently when she does mix up a paste. She gifted me the Fabuloso and I gifted her the dish soap, so the obvious choice was to collab!
