I have this little 3D printer, modeling in Blender and slicing with cura. I'm very happy with my Tronxy. So far it's been very reliable and consistent. Using eSun PLA+. The side fan made noise, but it's gone after 1 minute. Maybe needs some more grease. I do recommend it for beginners that want a good 3D printer and want to do more. The only limiting factor is the bed size.

I’m having issues with mine. It prints the included cat and cube models that are installed already but if I try printing anything else it doesn’t work properly at all. Half the time the filament doesn’t stick to the bed and I have leveled it 100 times already and it is perfect

Make sure when you are slicing your own prints that you have the bed set to 60c and your hotend to 200-230c if using PLA. Try printing a large cube so you can see what is going on and if it's just not sticking you might need to live adjust your z offset on the printer.

La compré porque pude hacer la orden incluyendo dos carretes de filamento y unos repuestos de boquillas sin pasarme de los US200 que es el límite para no cobro de impuestos en mi país Colombia. Estoy sorprendido por lo robusto de los materiales que esta impresora tiene. La verdad: por ese precio (entre la más económica del mercado de Amazon) esperaba que fuera en materiales más plásticos no tan solidos en metal. Buen punto para la marca. Me gustaría encontrar grupos de personas que estén trabajando con esta pequeña impresora, sobre todo en Latinoamérica.

Hello, I have a question regarding the tronxy crux 1 3D printer. Sometimes it stops pulling on the filament during printing and then it continues, but without the filament

@@GomeowCreations my only argument is that an Anet A8 has a larger build volume, full metal frame and cost about the same🤷‍♂️why make the sacrifice?

The Anet A8 from what I have seen isn't that great of a printer. The setup isn't beginning friendly at all due to it being a full kit. I know some of them have also started fires but that was due to firmware. I have also seen that the print quality just isn't as good out of the box. With all that said if you like to tinker and build things then it might be a good fit for you. Most people starting out want something that is going to be easy to get working with little time invested in setup.

i bought this and the first print i did was great but after that anything i printed just slid off while printing i have made sure the bed is perfectly level but this is still happening please help me.

Is the bed clean or any oils from your hands or dust? You can build the build plate off the printer and wash it with some dish soap to get oils off. I just use rubbing alcohol to clean mine. If that doesn't work then your z offset might need to be adjusted so you are printing a little closer to the nozzle.

Use blue painters tape on the build plate. It's even better to use glass instead of the magnetic sheet and also use blue tape. Just my opinion works well for me

When leveling the printer you can use a sheet of A4 paper and the nozzle should just come in contact with that but you should be able to move it freely. When you after that you can start a test print and live adjust the Z offset. Don't use blue painters tape that is just a bandaid for not having your printer leveled and setup right. I now have a few hundred hours of print time on this little printer doing production work and I have had no problems with things sticking to the build plate.
