Looks like a decently-build system. Pity about how it sounds at high frequencies though. Hopefully they fix that with a firmware update.

Hello, what did you think of the construction and materials of this Tromsmart? I'm in doubt between it and the Tribit, I found the Tribit to have a more crystal clear sound and the Bang Max to have more power and strong bass. But it seems that the Tribit has a good bass and with the new Farmiware 3.5 they say the bass is stronger, which one should I choose? I've never heard them both in person. Thanks.

Nice teardown, would have been nice to see what the 18650 batteries (looked like 9 cells) were rated at. Thanks

Correct

It has cheaper version of speakers then in BB2 and BB3 but still sounds... ugly.

To be fair, Boombox 3 also sounds terrible. Boombox 3 Wifi is the only decent souding Boombox 3

@@mykyta_go5hko Personally, I'd say there's good and bad. On one hand you have Charge 5, Partybox Encore / 110, and even Boombox 2 that sound really good. But on the other hand you have Flip 6, Pulse 5, Xtreme 3, Boombox 3 that sound pretty bad
