    I love my Dnamic Combo. Hope they got the swash to servo turnbuckle length right in your kit. 36mm x 2.6mm from T-works with my full size KST servos got it perfect at zero with the arms at 90 degrees and the anti rotation pin centered in its slot. so All 5 turnbuckles should be 36mm with 20mm between the links on the grips and 22mm between the links on the servos. That is how my machine is set up and I am super happy with the tighter fit with the 2.6mm vs 2.5mm

    Jeff don't use the plastic tail servo horn, guys have had it spin on the output shaft, and the bloke on Rotor Revolution RC Podcast had his do it too when tail blades touch some grass on landing then it piroed and he hit hold to save it.

    I normally run metal horns but I’ve been running the plastic horns lately with great luck. These horns will stay plastic but got to the SAB horns. But yeah, if you touch the tail you definitely need to look at the horn. They break easily (to save the gear set)

    just for the heck of it drill a hole through the tail pushrod end and rod then insert a 2 mm solid carbon rod and thin super glue ... just a thought.

    @westhobbiesrc8051

    6 күн бұрын

    @@mikeriley7296 that is a great idea! It would never let go. I found if you sand your carbon push rod, clean everything and use a good epoxy it will never pull apart. I personally have never had one let go but I have heard of others that have.

    i am gonna get a tron...great heli,s...look old fashioned but solid and i like solid...i believe the 5.5 version takes a 7s battery which i have loads of so makes sense for me....there is a scorpion 7s motor available also hk5-4030-1005kv in case anyone else is interested in going down that route. great video as always...thanks

    You can’t go wrong with Tron, they definitely have that old school feel and look to them. But new school at the same time. Very solid heli, build quality is outstanding, just wish they would leave everything apart since you have to take it apart anyways lol thank you! I appreciate that. 7s would be perfect on the Dnamic or the new 5.5 that’s coming really soon!

    Wow, perfect timing! Getting my kit tomorrow. Between your video and my experience building a NiTron90 I should be able to figure it out lol. I do believe the Dnamic and the NiTron share a bunch of the same parts which is good I guess. 😂. Thanks for the video!

    Heck yeah! Good luck on your build. Yes, just like the piuma they share a lot of the same parts. I believe on the dnamic it uses a lot of the 5.5 parts? Because the main frame is very small for a 700.

  • @Helmetfires

    @@westhobbiesrc8051 That could be, I'll find out soon enough. The Nitron is also small for a 700...many of the spares that I have bought for the NiTron have also been labeled for the Dnamic. Played a part in my decision to buy the Dnamic for that reason...that and they share the same battery size as my plane 😁

    Great Jeff...Just another Heli that I want now. You are killing my wallet, LOL. I bought the Goosky Venom, it arrived today! I'll be using your build video you did on it, as well as putting in an Ikon2 and using my iX14 setup the way you did on your Venom. Looking forward to the rest of this build, thanks Jeff!

    Makes sure all parts are included and they don’t send instructions in the box so it’s easier for everything to be pre assembled so you know where it goes.

    I asked the same question. Personally, I’d rather it be completely disassembled YDSAD build but it does make it easier knowing exactly where everything goes because they do not include a manual and you have to print one or look at it through PDF. I also wish they included a manual. It’s the little things lol.
