He still aided and abetted to multiple crimes, but was actually sympathetic towards Floyd. He was simply too afraid to stand up to his sister. He also confessed that he and Velvet were “frauds,” and didn’t resist arrest. Veneer shouldn’t just be bailed out, but he would definitely get a lighter sentence, as he isn’t PURELY evil, unlike his sister.
