It helps to go back to the missions and play a few more levels, because Crazy Dave and Zomboss can give advice when fighting different heroes. For example, Rose loves to be in control of the battle, so she is often to have op tricks or just tricks more often. If you happen to be fighting her, try bating her with less op cards to use her tricks up. Then attack with as much strength as you can. Hope I help. :)
