Killing it like always. Making memories and talking the kiddos out. Those hogan stripers are picky. One day they want white, other day they want something with blue. Those striper definitely are bigger then before.

I use to be a member of fishaholics on FB. I got off social media about a year ago. I started working at bass pro shops Manteca in November. Twice a week people come in asking for umbrella rigs! You have done great getting that thing out on the platform!! I can already see it being in every major tackle shop! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Fished it 6/21/21. Was introduced to your atlas rig. Rolled anchovies 5’ behind. Looks like you just use swim baits. It is a great stripper lake. No size restrictions and ten fish limit. Our smallest fish was 22” but was the hardest fighter! Would like to fish with you there or San Luis. I am in Merced. Steve

Usually 50-100’ but on this trip only 25’. They weren’t that shy so it worked out. I’m always happy to help brother.

Which size of the line counter reel do you recommend. Going to get a shimano tdr 7'0 MH rod to go with it to troll the atlas rig.

Early morning is best. An hour or two after sunrise the bite will slow down

They’re called Atlas Rigs. You can get em at fisherman’s warehouse and a few other local shops in the area

@@brnburner666 It depends. If you’re not using downriggers than 30lb mono or braid works. If you’re using downriggers and using braid, I suggest using 80lb so the clips can hold it better

What made you changed the spelling of your last name like that? Future generation kids with last names "Xiong" n "Xyong" will end up marrying each other. That's not right.
