Finally see someone try the big bright colored baits. I have been watching these Great Lakes guys catch big eyes on them and have been wanting to try it on the river. Well now I know what I’ll do next summer!!!
Nice walleye Josh
Nice to see catch n release 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Keep posting your videos give me hope that I can go back to fishing in the future

Can't believe Josh, of all people, caught the big fish of the trip. Unreal

One and Done too. Biggest of the trip.
Wow what a day! We’re you guys up near Maiden Rock or more towards lake city? Any info would be greatly appreciated!
Nice day on the water.
I know you’ve probably already spoken to this question but, I’ve been wondering what is the name of the rail system on the gunnels of your boat? It allows you to slide in whatever you want whether it’s a single rod holder or a whole tree.
Good job! What model Diawa (or is it Okuma?) line counter reel are you using and are you happy with it?
Uh ya! Anyways, nice job boys. Learning a lot about trolling from you guys. Thank you. Were those the walleye deep bandits?

Pretty sure they were just the deep ones. Im not too familiar with their lineup however. these look like them: www.lurenet.com/bandit-walleye-deep
I just am curious how u kept the dead mayflies off your line and lures I tried same presentation last week and it was a huge disaster 🤔
Hey we’ve really struggled trolling on Pepin in years past. On that particular day, you guys were trolling all in 13-15 feet right?

Thats correct!
Cool video BUT no need to adjust your drag while fighting the fish. Set it before always. If you have to check consistently, do it right after you put your bait down people.
What size reels do you use?
We troll that speed all the time 3 1/2 +mph for rainbow ,browns and lakers.
What happened to your fixed rod holders?

Still got em and still use em! Just grabbed these ones by chance when packing for the trip. AKA they must have been easier to grab amongst all the crap in my garage than the other ones. LOL.
You wisconsin/minnesota guys got to try to fish eastern michigan/ohio.

Dylan I fish Lake Erie a few times a year. Amazing fishing out there.
The drone view showed a mud line. Bait like to hide there.
