8 июня 2009 года в Оренбурге при городской клинической больнице имени Николая Ивановича Пирогова состоялась закладка храма Святой Троицы. Чин закладки совершал митрополит Оренбургский и Бузулукский Валентин. Присутствовали мэр города Оренбурга Мищеряков Юрий Николаевич и руководители округа; главный врач больницы им.Н.И.Пирогова Николай Степанович Вахтеров. Инициатор постройки храма - директор группы компаний «Евростиль» («Стройландия») Сергей Иванович Филиппов.
10 июля 2010 года состоялось освящение и водружение крестов, куполов и колоколов на храм Святой Троицы. Чин освящения совершал митрополит Оренбургский и Бузулукский Валентин. Храм освящен великим освящением 4 июня 2012 года. Автор проекта - известный оренбургский архитектор Юрий Григорьев. Храм построен и отделан в новгородском старинном стиле.

The rite of consecration was performed by Metropolitan Valentin of Orenburg and Buzuluk. The church was consecrated by the great consecration on June 4, 2012. The author of the project is the famous Orenburg architect Yuri Grigoriev. The temple was built and decorated in the Novgorod old style.
