I agree. Tread the Floods would be my favourite of it.

I'm 30, I learned a lot of words from listening to heavy metal like Trivium. The "Ascendancy" and "Crusade" albums definitely improved my vocabulary. Who the hell knew what "trepidation" or "conflagration" meant before these albums? XD

I’ll never forget sitting front row of your first head lining tour gig. Culture Room maybe 2008 ? Had 2 local openers then you guys crushed . Still have a drum stick Travis threw out laying around somewhere .. cant believe it’s been so long . I feel I grew along with the band .

His older vocal technique was damaging, so now he uses safe techs. I agree, he should learn some healthy fry to incorporate

So many great songs & riffs on this album. Gets a ton of hate as a "Metallica ripoff" but It's not & who cares if it was, Tallica are the greatest ever. My only complaint is that the best song "Broken One" didn't even make the damn album lmao. God bless you cats man.
